XAMPP インストール

XAMPP 1.7.7 をインストール。

「Web Deployment Agent Service」が Apache の邪魔をしていたので、サービスを停止し、スタートアップを手動に変更。

以下のページで MySQL のパスワードを変更。

http://localhost/security/xamppsecurity.php
